From a methodological approach, Region Austral engages with its context through the understanding of a series of global and transversal challenges – climate change; unprecedented scale of urbanization; migration, informality; food and energy security – and proposes that the architecture and design disciplines must participate, have a voice and be part of the decision making process around these issues.
